PLEASE READ CRAEFULLY

  • Turnaround time depends on design complexity.

  • Rush orders have an extra fee.

  • No exact replicas of another designer’s work.

  • Minor alterations after pickup may have an additional cost.

  • No refunds on custom orders once production has started.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin the design.

Custom pieces are:

  • Made to your exact measurements

  • Made specifically for you

  • Cut and sewn after payment

Because of this:

❌ No exchanges

The remaining 50% balance must be paid before shipping or pickup.

❌ No refunds
Fabric and labour expenses begin immediately.

 DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If you receive:

  • The wrong item

  • A damaged item

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

We will review and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Delivery Times

  • Custom designs: 10–25 business days depending on complexity

Lost Packages

Once shipped, Ifegwu Avenue is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages.
We will assist with claims where necessary.

 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All customs duties, VAT, and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

ALTERATIONS

If a custom item does not fit perfectly, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Incorrect measurements provided

  • Body changes after ordering

  • Style alterations not discussed

Local adjustments may help ensure the perfect fit.
