RETURNS & POLICIES

1. READY-TO-WEAR RETURNS

Eligibility

You may return ready-to-wear items for store credit if:

  • Returned within 7 days of delivery

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Tags still attached

  • No stains, scents, or damage

  • Packaging still intact

Not eligible

  • Final sale items

  • Discounted items

  • Accessories

  • Items worn or altered

Store Credit

Once inspected, store credit will be issued via email and can be used on any future purchase.


2. CUSTOM DESIGN POLICY

Custom pieces are:

  • Made to your exact measurements

  • Made specifically for you

  • Cut and sewn after payment

Because of this:

No returns
No refunds
No exchanges

Deposit Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin the design.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid before shipping or pickup.


3. CANCELLATIONS

Ready-to-Wear

Cancellations allowed within 12 hours of purchase only.

Custom Orders

Once the deposit is made:
❌ No cancellations
❌ No refunds
Fabric and labour expenses begin immediately.


4. DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If you receive:

  • The wrong item

  • A damaged item

Email hello@ifegwuavenue.com within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

We will review and resolve it as quickly as possible.


5. SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Times

  • Ready-to-wear: 5–10 business days

  • Custom designs: 10–25 business days depending on complexity

Lost Packages

Once shipped, Ifegwu Avenue is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages.
We will assist with claims where necessary.


6. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All customs duties, VAT, and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.


7. ALTERATIONS

If a custom item does not fit perfectly, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Incorrect measurements provided

  • Body changes after ordering

  • Style alterations not discussed

Local adjustments may help ensure the perfect fit.
