ORDERS & SHIPPING

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Ifegwu Avenue ships worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How long does shipping take?

Ready-to-wear: 5–10 business days


Custom designs: Delivery timeline depends on the project (usually 10–25 days after production)

You will receive tracking details once the order ships.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, express shipping is available at checkout depending on your country.

CUSTOM DESIGNS

How do I request a custom outfit?

Visit our Custom Designs page and submit the Custom Order Form.

Our team will review your request and contact you within 24–48 hours.

How long do custom pieces take to make?

Typical production time is 7–21 days, depending on the complexity of the design and fabric availability.

What if I don’t know my measurements?

We provide a complete Measurement Guide page.

You may also upload a photo of your current best-fitting outfit for guidance.

Do you require a deposit for custom orders?

Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to start any custom order.

The remaining balance is due before delivery.

PROM & SPECIAL OCCASION DESIGNS

When should I book for Prom 2026?

We recommend booking early — ideally 2–4 months before your event to secure your spot and ensure fabric availability.

Do you allow inspiration photos?

Yes, we welcome your inspiration images.

We will recreate the essence of the design while making it unique to your body and style.

Can you rush a prom or special occasion order?

Rush orders are accepted based on availability and may include a rush fee.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

SIZING & FIT

What sizes do you offer?

Our ready-to-wear pieces run from XS–XXL.

Custom pieces are made to your exact measurements.

What if my item doesn’t fit?

For ready-to-wear, we offer store credit for eligible returns.

Custom pieces are made to your measurements and cannot be returned, but minor adjustments may be available locally.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Do you accept returns?

Ready-to-wear: Returns are available for store credit within 7 days of delivery (unused + original tags).

  • Custom designs: No returns or refunds. All custom orders are final.
Can I cancel an order?

Ready-to-wear: Cancellations allowed within 12 hours.

  • Custom: Cancellations are not allowed once the deposit is paid.

PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Debit & credit cards
  • PayPal (if enabled in your region)
  • Bank transfer (Nigeria only)
  • Shopify secure checkout
Do you offer payment plans?

Yes — you may split your custom order into two payments (50% deposit + 50% before shipping).

FABRIC, COLORS & DESIGNS

Can I choose my own fabrics?

Yes. We allow clients to choose from our recommended options or request a specific fabric/color.

Will my custom outfit look exactly like the photo?

We do not duplicate other designers’ work directly.

We create a unique, personalized version inspired by your reference image.

COMMUNICATION & SUPPORT

How long does it take to receive a reply?

Our response time is 24–48 hours (Mon–Sat).

During prom season or holidays, replies may take slightly longer.

Can I contact you via WhatsApp or Instagram DM?

Yes — for quick questions.
